   乔桂林博士，美国资深药理学家，现任美国国防部生物及化学防护局资深专家，研发项目主管。曾经在美国食品与药品监管局(FDA)兽药中心担任首席执行官与新兽药审批官，现主要研究方向为药动-药效同步模型研究，新药研发与评价等。

FDA regulatory review and regulatory affair SME: 5 years at FDA reviewing new drug applications (PK, PD, topical product Toxicology, 2001-2006) and then served as DTRA Regulatory Affairs SME and liaison to FDA Commissioner's Office for interagency coordination of CBRNE defense MCM effort (2006-2010).

   Program management: over9 years at DTRA managing CB defense portfolios and supporting medical programs with FDA requirement and compliance assessment (2006-Pres).  Initiate and manage new Chem- and Bio-defense initiatives, special, and translational S&T such programs as the CB’s congressional medical program, MIMIC and XCEL FIT (e.g., organ-on-a–chip and clinical-trial-in-test-tube). S&T acquisition(ACQ) level III (highest) certified, program management Level I Certified, and member of DoD ACQ Corps.Certified cGMP professionals since 2012
